Your guide to having the best experience at Combined Schools Concert

A Safe Space For Everyone

We love entertainment, and in our world, everyone has a part to play. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment which provides a welcoming and safe place to visit. Discriminatory or anti-social behaviour of any kind are not welcome here. If you experience any, we will take action. We take pride in showing compassion and care to everyone who visits our venue and believe that everyone, including our employees, are entitled to be treated with respect and dignity.

Arrive On Time (Or Better Yet, Arrive Early!)

We don’t want anyone to miss even a moment of their performance, but most productions do have a lock out period to avoid disruption to the opening moments of the show. We encourage all patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes before the time listed on their ticket. This will give you time to check out the facilities, visit the bar, browse the merchandise stand, and take your seat with time to spare.

Phones On Silent Please

Checking emails, texts, or social media throughout the performance can be very disruptive for your fellow audience members and the performers on stage. We encourage all patrons to turn their mobile devices to silent mode (or off!) and refrain from using them throughout the show.

Save The Photos For The Foyer

We absolutely want you to share your visit to the venue and your experience at the show. Photos in the foyer or in the auditorium preshow, at interval, or post show are encouraged. Filming, sound recordings, and photography throughout the performance is not permitted.

Dress to Impress

There is no official dress code for Combined Schools Concert. Most people will dress smart casual; however, some guests may choose to use the event as an opportunity to dress up. We want you to enjoy your experience and be comfortable. We kindly ask you wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.

Listen and Enjoy

The performers on stage have been working hard to bring you the best possible performance. Please freely show your appreciation through applause and cheering.

Ask For Help

Our staff are here to assist you. If you have any questions or concerns throughout your time in the venue, please do not hesitate to approach a member of our team.

Primary School dance showcase

Combined Schools Concert is a free dance showcase for Primary schools in Sydney. Each year, our concerts celebrate arts education in NSW schools and allow students from multiple schools to come together and demonstrate their dance talents in a spectacular platform.
